  • Provide theoretical as well as practical knowledge on management of public organizations, including personnel and financial management that are necessary for public officials.

  • Demonstrate understanding of current issues and trends in government administrative settings and provide knowledge on addressing challenges created by those changes.
  • Prepare, determine, collect, and analyze the evidence appropriate and essential for implementing public service strategies.

Financial Information

The application fee for the program is $150.00 and the technology fee is $150.00.
The total cost of the program is $9,360.00. This cost does not include the cost of tuition, books and materials, and other necessary fees.

Carver University, in partnership with Coursera for Campus, allows its students to take highly specialized courses and programs offered and certified by the most prestigious universities in the world.

Admissions

All applicants must meet the following admission requirements:

1. Submit a copy of an updated resume.

2. Submit three (3) letters of recommendation.

3. Submit an official transcript or original foreign evaluation showing successful completion of a US equivalent bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent recognition.

4. Any document not in English must be accompanied by a certified translated copy.

5. Submission of a valid government-issued photo identification.
