Full payment at time of signing enrollment agreement.
Payment of registration fee at the time of signing enrollment agreement with balance paid prior to starting date.
Payment of registration fee at time of signing enrollment agreement with balance paid prior to graduation by a payment plan.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If a student wishes to cancel his or her enrollment either prior to or after classes have begun, they must notify the institution in person by electronic mail, or by Certified Mail. The cancellation shall be effective on the date the notice is received.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation can be made in person, by electronic mail, by certified mail, or last date of attendance by the student or date of written notice received.
  • All monies will be refunded if the school does not accept the applicant or if the student cancels within three (3) business days after signing the enrollment agreement and making initial payment.
  • Cancellation after the third (3rd) Business Day, but before the first class, results in a refund of all monies paid, except for the registration fee. (Not to exceed $150.00) 

  • The drop/add period is the first week of classes. There will be a refund of all tuition and fees except registration fee if the student withdraws on or during the drop/add week. There will be no refund after the drop/add period (7 days).
  • Termination Date: In calculating the refund due to a student, the last date of actual attendance by the student is used in the calculation.
  • Refunds will be made within 30 days of termination of student enrollment or receipt of Cancellation Notice from student.

Students who registered for a course or a program that is canceled by the University will be given the opportunity to register for another course or receive a full refund of tuition and fees associated with that course.
