In a new edition of Carver GlobalTalks by GAN, we welcome Dr. Juan Matos Lale, leading scientist and full professor at  Universidad Autónoma de Chile, to discuss the potential of nanocarbons in the development of sustainable technologies.

With more than 100 scientific publications, 90 international conferences and part of the top 2% most influential scientist in the world, according to the Standford ranking, Dr. Matos leads a research group focused on the design of nanomaterials applied to the generation of clean energy, the treatment of contaminated water and the production of hydrogen.

In his talk entitled “Smart and Sustainable Nanocarbons for the Circular Economy,” he shared the advances, research and collaborations that have led to the development of new solutions to power solar photovoltaics and address key environmental challenges.
