Happy People, Sustainable Results: Towards a New Organizational Culture

The conference delved into how organizational well-being can become a strategic tool to achieve sustainable results and improve the quality of work life.

In the most recent edition of Carver GlobalTalks by GAN, we had the outstanding presence of Dr. Jéssica Morales Gutiérrez, PhD in Psychology, researcher and current dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at Universidad Autónoma de Chile. In her lecture, she addressed the origins of positive psychology and the foundations and challenges that healthy organizations face today.

With a vast professional career, Dr. Morales has worked as a consultant and speaker in renowned Chilean companies and institutions, leading training programs in leadership, development of labor competencies and customer service. She has also led projects focused on the analysis and strengthening of the organizational and corporate climate, which, added to her solid academic background, consolidates her leadership in the field of labor and organizational psychology.

During her presentation, entitled “Healthy organizations: trend or necessity?”, the academic delved into the principles of positive psychology and emphasized the relevance of promoting healthy work environments. As she explained, this approach not only contributes to the well-being of people, but also favors the sustainability of results, generating an organizational “win-win”: happy collaborators and more productive organizations.
