Carver University and the Instituto Europeu de Estudos Superiores (IEES), based in the city of Fafe, Portugal, signed a framework agreement on 14 October to collaborate on teaching and research activities that will benefit the student and academic communities of both institutions.

The agreement will encourage the exchange of students and teachers to develop research activities and participate in educational programmes through courses, conferences and lectures, promoting cultural exchange, knowledge transfer and shared experiences.

Likewise, publications and academic materials will be exchanged in areas of common interest, and joint educational programs of double certification will be developed to contribute to the training and curriculum of students from both institutions.

"This agreement will bring great opportunities to the students and professors of both institutions. International cooperation is essential to broaden horizons and enrich educational experiences," said Enrique Vázquez-Justo, President of IEES.

For Carver University, this collaboration with the European institution reinforces its commitment to providing education without borders, connecting students and professionals with international experiences, and positioning itself as a benchmark in online education and professional training excellence.
