“AI: The Work Ahead of Us” - A look at the future of employment

At the third session of GlobalTalks by GAN, organized by Carver University, Dr. Pedro Mondelo, director of the ORP International Foundation and an expert in industrial engineering, presented the lecture “AI: The Work Ahead.” During his talk, Dr. Mondelo discussed the changes brought about by artificial intelligence in the workplace, reflecting on how the Pandemic has generated a reset in people's expectations of their work environment and the need to reconsider the concept of work in a society driven by new technologies.

“Work builds the future. It is nothing more than everyone's effort. We need, as individuals, to contribute our work to society,” emphasized Dr. Mondelo. The talk delved into topics such as the future needs of society and cultural changes in the workplace, generating a relevant conversation for those seeking to understand the impact of AI on the world of work.
