Ph.D. in Social Research from Universidad Panamericana de Guatemala, with more than 25 years of experience in administration, university teaching, research, and strategic consulting.
He currently serves as Program Director of the Master of Arts in Public Administration at Carver University, where he also teaches courses in strategic management, public administration, project formulation and evaluation, and human resource management in the public sector.
He has supervised numerous research projects and theses on institutional leadership, operational efficiency, change management, and evidence-based public policy.

Dr. Patricio Arce
Food sustainability in the context of climate change
Director of the Institute of Applied Sciences at Universidad Autónoma de Chile, PhD in Science with a specialization in Plant Genetic Engineering. Expert in plant physiology, biotechnology, and molecular biology, with more than 30 years of experience. In Chile, he was one of the first to genetically improve plants, and his work contributed to the creation of legislation defining genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and the regulations governing them.
