We know that many questions arise when choosing your university, that is why we have compiled the most common questions about Carver University. We invite you to review this information to answer your questions and learn more about what we have to offer.

1) Can I suspend or withdraw from the program?
Yes. Students can request a Leave of Absence (LOA) or a withdrawal, in accordance with institutional regulations.

In the case of suspension (LOA):

· A maximum of two (2) suspensions are allowed throughout the program.

· No more than one (1) suspension may be made within a 12-month period.

· Each suspension can have a maximum duration of 180 days (6 months).

During the suspension period, the student becomes inactive academically, temporarily suspending their participation in courses and their academic progression (SAP).

However, it is important to note that the suspension does not extend the maximum timeframe (MTF), which corresponds to:

· Bachelor's degree: up to 72 months maximum

· Master's degree: up to 27 months maximum

In the case of definitive withdrawal, the student must follow the corresponding institutional procedure.

To manage a suspension or withdrawal, you must contact your Academic Advisor, who will guide you through the process and the applicable requirements.

Additionally, it is a requirement to be financially up to date to formalize any of these applications. For queries related to payments or financial status, you can write to: collection@carver.university
2) Can I resume my studies after suspending them?
Yes. Students can resume their studies after their period of Leave of Absence (LOA) ends.

The refund will be made at the beginning of the next available academic cycle, in accordance with the planning of the program and the availability of subjects. It is important

to note that the University does not guarantee the opening of specific courses at the time of return, so academic progress will be adjusted to the current sequence.

To resume their studies, the student must be in a regular academic and financial situation and coordinate their reinstatement with their Academic Advisor, who will guide them on the continuity of their study plan.
3) Who can I contact if I have questions about payments or fees?

For queries related to payments, monthly payments, account statement or financial situation, you can contact the corresponding area directly through the following email: collection@carver.university

This channel is intended for the management of financial and administrative issues, so you will receive specific guidance according to your case.

4) Can my financial situation with the university affect my academic situation?

Yes. Financial situation can affect your academic progress. If the student has two or more outstanding fees, no new courses will be uploaded to the Canvas platform until they regularize their payment situation.

Once the student catches up, they will be able to continue with their academic process; however, the courses corresponding to the academic cycle in force at that time will be enabled. In other words, the courses that you could not take during the period in which you were suspended due to arrears will not be automatically reopened.
